Start Now and It Will Show by December

Regenerative Aesthetics in Salisbury

December is the month your skin gets looked at more than any other, and the work starts now.

Hedonia is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic on Brown Street in Salisbury, where every consultation and every treatment is carried out by a qualified doctor. We work in regenerative aesthetics, prompting your own skin to rebuild rather than filling or freezing it, so the result still looks like you.

There is a lead time on everything worth having, and right now you have it. Book in September or October and the collagen work is well established by the time the party season arrives. Leave it until the first week of December and your options narrow to a peel. The only thing that changes the outcome here is when you start.

Sculptra in Salisbury. Sculptra is a collagen stimulator rather than a filler. Instead of adding volume from outside, it prompts your own collagen to rebuild across the cheeks, temples and jawline over about twelve weeks. Start now and you are in good time for December. It is also the reason nobody will be able to point at what you have had done. Book by early October.

Polynucleotide skin treatment. Polynucleotides work on skin quality from the inside: hydration, texture, elasticity and the crepey look under the eyes. It is a course of three sessions a few weeks apart, and skin improves through the course rather than all at the end. Book by mid-October to complete the course in time.

PRP hair rejuvenation, Salisbury. For thinning hair and reduced density in both men and women, PRP runs as a course over several months. Hair keeps its own timetable and there is no shortcut, so this is the one to start first.

Chemical peels, Salisbury. A medical-grade peel lifts dull surface cells and evens out tone. Most people see brighter, smoother skin within a week to ten days. Book two to three weeks before the event you care about, so any flaking has settled.

Microneedling with topical exosomes. Fine needling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, and the topical exosome serum goes into them during the same session. Skin looks fresher within days and keeps improving over the following weeks. Exosomes are used topically only at Hedonia, in line with UK licensing. Nobody in the UK should be injecting them, and we don't.

PRP facial. We draw a small amount of your blood, separate the platelet-rich plasma and return it to the skin through microneedling. Nothing synthetic goes in, which is why it suits people who want none.

Skin, Hair and Body

Skin. Tone, texture, firmness, dullness, fine lines, acne scarring and sun damage. Peels, microneedling, PRP, polynucleotides and Sculptra, chosen for your skin rather than for our diary.

Hair. Thinning, shedding and loss of density in both men and women. PRP hair restoration, assessed properly first, because not every kind of hair loss responds to it and you deserve to know that before you pay.

Body. Skin quality, laxity and contour on the areas people forget until summer: décolletage, upper arms, abdomen and knees.

Why Hedonia

One doctor, start to finish. Your consultation, your treatment and your review are all carried out by the same qualified doctor. Nothing is handed off, and nothing is delegated.

Award-winning in Wiltshire. Skincare Clinic of the Year 2024 for Wiltshire, and Best Regenerative Aesthetics Clinic 2025 for Wiltshire, both at the GHP Global Excellence Awards.

Regenerative, not just cosmetic. We deliberately built the clinic around treatments that rebuild tissue rather than mask it. If you want to look like yourself with better skin, that is the approach that gets you there.

We will tell you when the answer is no. Some people who come in do not need the treatment they have asked for, and some are better served elsewhere. You will be told either way.

FAQs

Is Hedonia a doctor-led clinic? Yes. Every consultation and every treatment is carried out by a qualified doctor. There is no other injector at the clinic.

Can I get results in time for Christmas? Yes, if you start now. Sculptra builds over roughly twelve weeks and a polynucleotide course runs over several weeks, so booking in September or October puts you comfortably in time. Peels and microneedling work on a shorter timeline and can be booked closer to the date. What we can't do is compress twelve weeks into two, so the earlier you come in the more options you have.

What is regenerative aesthetics? Treatments that prompt your own skin to rebuild collagen, elastin and healthy tissue, rather than adding volume from outside. Sculptra, polynucleotides, PRP and exosome-supported microneedling all fall into this category.

Do you offer Profhilo? No. We use polynucleotides and other skin quality treatments instead.

Do you inject exosomes? No. Exosomes are used topically alongside microneedling only, in line with UK licensing.

Where are you based? 31 Brown Street, Salisbury SP1 2AS. Second floor.
